Getting disconnect with error message

    For anyone experiencing this issue, this is most likely your firewall. I had mistakenly blocked Jump Desktop from connecting to the internet

    Hi,

    Error 2.57 usually indicates a networking issue with Jump Desktop.
    This means there might be problems with your network connection.
    If you have a firewall set up, please temporarily disable it and try reconnecting to the remote machine.
    Also, to help us better understand the issue, you can submit a support request with the logs attached.
    To do this, reproduce the problem, then go back to the Jump Desktop main screen, tap the gear icon in the top left corner, and then tap the "Contact Support" button to send the logs.
