Getting disconnect with error message
I keep getting disconnected while I use Jump on IPad remote to my Windows10 computer. It show error message 'Connection error: There was an error connecting to the computer. Error Code: 2.57 (0x39).'
Can anyone tell me what these error messages means? Thank you.

Error 2.57 usually indicates a networking issue with Jump Desktop.
This means there might be problems with your network connection.
If you have a firewall set up, please temporarily disable it and try reconnecting to the remote machine.
Also, to help us better understand the issue, you can submit a support request with the logs attached.
To do this, reproduce the problem, then go back to the Jump Desktop main screen, tap the gear icon in the top left corner, and then tap the "Contact Support" button to send the logs.
