Mac Client directory not available from Windows server

I upgraded to a new MacBook Pro.  My old unit was running Mojave.  My new unit is running Catalina.

My Jumpdesktop, Mac file sharing and privacy settings are the same.

Using my old unit, I can see my client directory when logged into my windows server account.

When using the new unit, tsclient shows up but is empty not showing any of the client directories or files
