Jump desktop on Mac - rdp to windows - alt-tab issue and display issue

Hi 

I'm having a couple of issues the Jump desktop

1. When switching to an active RDP session, pressing alt-tab to switch windows in the RDP session will not work until I click somewhere with the mouse - it will show the Mac's switch window menu - 

Note: My Jump desktop keyboard profile is switching between Cmd and Option key

2. When Merging all Jump desktop window into tabs - the tab bar is hiding the top of the window's session - about 40 pixels which is very distracting and not allowing me to click on close, minimize, maximize buttons. Also there is no option to hide the tab bar even in full screen.
