Problem with apple keyboard folio (italian version)

Hi, I connect to three servers:

windows 10
windows server 2012 R2
windows server 2008 R2

on windows 10 and windows server 2012, I have no problems, the keyboard works normally, four letter I don't know how to write: “@“ “#” “[“ ”]” , these four characters should work respectively with:
option+ò
option+à
otpion+è
option++
but pressing option doesn't work.

Big problem is on windows server 2008 R2, here no key combination works, I'll explain.

when I press for example:

shift+8=* instead of “(“

shift+0=) instead of “=“

and there are many other cases. How can i fix it?
