Citrix X1 mouse not moving
Hey guys,
I recently purchased Jump Desktop on my iPad together with a Citrix X1 mouse for remote controlling my Win 10 machine.
However the Citrix X1 does not behave as expected (even though it shows up as connected). Right and left clicks can be performed, but I can't move the cursor. When I try so, a laggy scrolling is performed instead. And when I try to scroll, nothing happens. I can use the Citrix as expected under assistive touch, but thats not why I bought it. It also has no problems with cursor movement in the Citrix workspace app (just Jump Desktop).
Would apreciate, if one could help. Am I overseeing something?

Hi,
We have a fix for this issue . We're submitting the fix to the App Store and it should be available in Jump Desktop for iOS 9.4.6 or later. If you require the fix ASAP, please contact support@jumpdesktop.com and ask for the iOS beta.
