Is Windows Jump Desktop compatible with Linux?

I'm trying to connect a Windows as a viewer to my VNC Server running on a Linux host, but there doesn't appear to be any way to connect them.

Does anyone know how to connect a Windows Jump Desktop cllient to a linux VNC Server? 

Note: TigerVNC works as a viewer on my Windows machine to to my linux VNC server.
