Adobe Premiere and After Effects dragging issues on Mac
This is on Mac hosts and Mac remote machines.
Having issues clicking and dragging within the Adobe creative suite. Things like dragging a keyframe just doesn't work, it won't move. Dragging clips into a sequence either doesn't work or the clip will be dropped into a different track from the one the mouse is pointing to.
Anyone have these issues or have troubleshooting suggestions?

Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the video. We think we have a fix for this. Please update Jump Desktop Connect on the remote computer - it requires Jump Desktop Connect 6.3.31 or later: https://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/connect/JumpDesktopConnect-6.3.31.dmg .
Let me know how it goes.

I can see this appears to have been solved some time ago but I've got some editors reporting the same issue re-occuring. We're running Jump 8.10.4, both client and host machine are on macOS 13.6.1, and Premiere 2023.
The description of the issue here is similar and from what I've been shown, if you drag a keyframe, it appears unresponsive unless you drag much further out than you need to, but then the keyframe suddenly jerks much further than intended. This doesnt appear to be affecting our After Effects users though and this is not a problem when in the office.

Hi James,
We may have a fix for this coming up. If you'd like to try it, please download Jump Desktop Connect 6.10.16 on the host machine: https://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/connect/JumpDesktopConnect-6.10.16.dmg
I'd appreciate it if you could let us know if it fixes the issue.
