iPadOS mourse support SwiftPoint ProPoint conflict

Connecting the ProPoint with iPadOS work as expected until you open the Jump Desktop app. When exiting the Jump Desktop, the app does not release control of the cursor. To regain cursor control outside of the Jump Desktop - you would need to reconnect the mouse via settings app. Is this is a known issue?

  i have already turned off the physical mouse option in Jump Desktop settings, but the issue persists.
