Using iPad whenever I connect using RDP or VNC, I cannot click anywhere above the (...) menu. If I use a mouse then the cursor changes from remote pointer to iOS pointer. When an app is maximized the top buttons are inaccessible.

  I’m experiencing the same problem since the update to iPadOS 13.5 - a coincidence?

  I had the had the same issue before upgrading to 13.5 as well.
