Using Retina Resolution with multiple monitors

Hi Jump Desktop,

I'm using Jump 8.5 for macOS and RDPing into a windows machine. I currently have my macbook monitor and an external 4k monitor. When I connect using one display I can select 'Use Retina Resolution' in the  Remote->Displays menu. When I connect using both monitors, the option to use retina resolution is greyed out.

I would like to be able to use retina resolution when using multiple monitors. Currently the only solution I have is to set my external display on the mac to the highest resolution (smallest configuration, "more space") and this means the RDP connection sends through the better resolution.

Can I use retina resolution with multiple monitors?

  Did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm experiencing the same problem... two years later.

  Really want this feature to be enabled!~

  For bypass, setting mac display resolution to 100% and set RDP dpi scale as 175~200% would be possible solution for now...
