Keyboard layout problem

I am using Jump Desktop with an iPad that has a Symbol bar code scanner paired via blue tooth.

When I connect to my PC Desktop I am unable to access an alpha numeric keyboard.

I see the Jump Desktop keyboard scroll bar.. and I can access numerous keyboards, but not the alphanumic keyboard.

I need a way to respond to promts to enter alpha numeric info
