Keyboard and mouse functionality lost
I've been using Jump Desktop for quite some time now and have run into a very strange and annoying bug that I'm hoping can be fixed without restarting the computer. I run around 9 reporting processes on my work system that take quite some time to complete and usually, it's in the middle of the night when it does complete. Just the last couple of days the software (Jump Desktop) has not been recognizing that I'm clicking or typing anything on that remote machine. However, it does register when I use the caps lock and I know this because of the warning icon that toggles on or off inside the password input. I can't right-click (or left click) and paste the password and I am unable to type anything. I've tried to access another computer (PC) from my home machine and it worked just fine. I closed the software on the remote Mac and reopened it and still, the same issue comes up. Any ideas on how to fix this without a full system restart/reinstall?
