lots of trouble connecting from iPad to Windows 10.
I have been using Jump on my iPad (was iOS 11, recently upgraded to 13.6) for 1 year. For most of that time, it worked well for me. But lately, it has started to behave differently, causing me to manually reset many things, close the app, reconnect, close it again, wait a while, try again, and so on.
It is so unreliable and frustrating now. At least 10 times every day, my connection simply stops working. I am going along just fine, and suddenly, there's no response. I click everywhere on the screen, but no response. I close and re-open the app, and I get only a black screen for minutes. I close and re-open the app again. Usually more blackness. I've gone through this often enough now that I know it's useless to try again if I don't see my remote desktop within 5 seconds. When Jump is dead, it's dead, and there's no trick that I have found changes that except walking away and coming back later. Often it works, but then the problems begin again...
Chrome Remote Desktop is flawless in connecting, so I know it's not a network issue. The only problem with Chrome is that there are no keyboard shortcuts. I got Jump solely for the Windows-style keyboard access to everything.
I have restarted the EXE on Windows several times, and I just re-downloaded & installed it. Still the same problems.
Anyone have any solutions?
