Can connect but slow click and unresponsive

I have been having this issue for a few weeks and cant figure out why my jump no longer works right. I connect to it from my mac it loads but I am unable to click and when I do it is super delayed. I did the permissions thing I read about but IDK what else to do. It is also happening on my phone when connected to my PC. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Any suggestions?
