System outage?
We can't currently connect to any of our hosts. Is there a whole system outage?

Also - just to update this thread on the original issue that @Rob was hitting: They would have seen the error: "Protocol 2,0" and this was only affecting Macs. This was not related to our cloud service - it was an issue with the Mac Connect app which we'll be releasing a fix for shortly but it should not affect users in the near future due to the nature of the issue.

Can you let me know which version of Jump Desktop Connect you're running? Also - can you please grab the Jump Desktop Connect logs for me and send it over to support@jumpdesktop.com: Open up Jump Desktop Connect -> Settings ->Diagnostic Logs.
