Jump Remote Client Not Able to Connect to Desktop Remotely
I have jump with all the latest OS and Jump updates and when I try to log into my my desktop remotely I see a grey icon rather than the blue icon that tells you the computer is available to log into. I realize there could be several reasons why this is like network connectivity and firewall issues but are there any other permission or software settings that I can I try to see if they will fix this issue?
