Cycle Displays Shortcut

I have been unable to use the Cycle Displays shortcut (ctrl + shift+ right). The Fullscreen and Windows Shortcuts both work well and have no issues but I frequently Jump to my home, 2-screen desktop and have had to exit the fullscreen to select the display change from the menu each time I'd like to change displays. 

Was hoping you might have some ideas or workarounds if possible.

Have seen others ask this same question but haven't seen any answers really. Thanks!
