Mouse working but "physical mouse" not "connected"
Hi all,
Recently bought jump to use on my ipad pro.
Now i am using a microsoft surface mouse which is actually working fine within remote desktop.
The issue I am having is in the options/settings, "physical mouse" says not connected, and when i go into the settings further for the physical mouse to change things like reversing the mouse scroll, turning off acceleration etc, the "status" just continually says connecting and never changes.
Again, the mouse is working, i just cant change any settings as jump seems to think the mouse isnt "connected".
I have tried uninstalling etc, any other ideas?

The Physical Mouse section is only for special supported mice: The Citrix X1 and the Swiftpoint. Other generic mice will not show up there - however Jump will still work with other mice. If you want to change things like scroll speed and scroll directly for generic mice, change it in the Settings app on the iPad and it should reflect in Jump aswell.
