Nothing is displayed in Permisson of Screen Recording

I was able to authorize Accessible. But Permission of Screen Recording is not displayed.
Does anyone have the same situation? Or do you know the solution?

I follow this procedure to authorize my mac.

But it still doesn't show Screen Recording. Just in case, I tried to stop anti virus software and reinstall jump desktop and reboot again. But it doesn’t work.

iPad 2020 iPadOS 14.2
