Does not start on boot in Windows 10

Jump Desktop does not start when Windows 10 boots up so I can not access it from a remote device. I have the box check in the General Settings tab. For some reason it is not even listed as an app that may be selected under Windows Startup Apps.

 

Any advice? I read some similar posts but their answers do not seem relevant to my issue.
