Server 2019 and Jump client DPI Scaling
We are running into a funky issue after recently upgrading our Server to 2019.
When the client (MacOS) connects via Jump to our 2019 Standard Server, it somehow adjusts Scale/DPI for that user which culminates in an admin having to log on, "Log out for layout changes to take effect" and then we go into a loop of log outs and logins once the Server restarts or any changes are made.
I was just curious if anyone via Jump has seen a similar issue and or if they have found a method of resolution. Our clients on Windows using the built in RDP client do not seem to be afflicted by this.
