Jump Desktop Latency and Resolution

Hi,

I'm new to Jump Desktop. Working from home on my mac connecting to my mac at work (both on BigSur). The first few days I was using the app is was pretty stable, glitchy here and there. It seemed to have gotten progressively worse over the last couple of days. Today it's terrible resolution, it takes about 3 minutes for one page to load where I can actually see it, and latency issues make it unable for me to work. 

I unchecked the do no match resolution on the app. That didn't help.

I also am hardwired.

Suggestions?
