Android Audio passthru?

Using Android tablet, can connect to servers and get good video throughput (Macs with High Sierra and Big Sur) but not getting audio. Using iPad 10.14 I can get audio with same servers. Does it matter if the server is using Soundflower, BlackHole, or Jump's own audio stream?
