Single Quote US International Mac target

Hi,

I am posting here because I just got Jump Desktop and am encountering a problem on Mac Targets.

I am using the US International typing method on all my computers in order to be able to write accents on vowels, as I write in both French and English.

However, this doesn't seem to work when the target platform is a Mac. Here are all my trials in order to identify the cases in which this scenario happens

- Connected to Macbook running Catalina from iPad Pro and from Windows Desktop:

•  Single quotes not working (replaced by spaces)
• Single quotes before a letter to add an accent results in the letter being outputted without the accent.
• Double quotes work as double quotes but not as accents.

- Connected to Macbook running Big Sur from iPad Pro and from Windows Desktop:

• Same as above

- Connected to Windows desktop from iPad Pro:

• Everything works perfectly

In settings for both Macbooks, I tried changing settings as follows, without any success:

I tried searching for solutions on here without any success either. Is this a known issue ? Is there a fix for it ?
