External Monitor iPad resolution issues
I have an iPad Air 4 using an Anker USB-C hub that supports 4K 60 via HDMI. It's plugged into a 4K HDR ViewSonic computer monitor.
I'm remoting into a 4K-capable hp Windows 10 laptop.
The best I can seem to manage is that the iPad is sending a 1440p signal to the monitor (not 4K), and the maximum computer desktop resolution I can get with Fluid is 1920x1080. I've tried all the various combinations of settings I can find in the app, as well as tried to change my computer's resolution in Windows on the laptop (which now says 1920x1080 is the maximum even though when I use it directly it supports my 4K monitor at full resolution just fine).
Is there something I'm missing? Heck I'd even settle for a 1440p Windows desktop here, as the 1920x1080 fonts are ...fluffy.
Thanks,
Randy

Hi- I have a 12 South Stay Go hub that is also supposed to support 4K HDMI but I had the same issue as you, Jump Desktop wouldn't allow me to choose the higher resolution. I don't use the hub at all, I connect the ipad to an ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor via USB-C. That allows me to get the max resolution on Jump Desktop and power to iPad. If anyone knows how to get this to work over HDMI please let us know. Thanks.

Any updates on this topic? I am connecting an iPad Air 4th Gen through an external monitor using Apple's USB-C HDMI dongle.
iPad Air 4th Gen supports 3840x2160 @30Hz.
Jump Desktop only offers up to 2560x1440 @60Hz for the external monitor resolution. There is an entry for 3840x2160, but it cannot be ticked.
It would be great if Jump Desktop could support 3840x2160 @30Hz, since the hardware allows this.
