2 Remote Screens For Windows Users
I have editors with two remote screens and two host screens. On mac, there are settings to get those to go across both screens, but seems limited on PCs to only be able to view on a single monitor at a time. Am I missing something?

Hi Stephen,
We have a new Windows client update coming up that supports this feature on Windows. You can install the beta by opening up Jump Desktop for Windows -> File -> Settings -> Updates -> CHECK Beta Updates and then click 'Check for Beta Updates'. The beta has the feature on Windows.

Thanks, I'll try that. We also have another PC system with Jump Desktop Connect installed on it, where whenever a user tries to enter their credentials to connect to the system, it just brings them back to the log-in screen. Have tried with multiple users using both PC and Mac clients. Any thoughts on that?

This happens when the remote user is authenticating as a non-administrator with Fluid ("Windows Credentials prompt) and someone else is logged into the Windows machine. Jump will lock the screen on the remote machine and then will expect the remote user to login using the same credentials they used in Jump's "Windows Credentials" prompt. Here's how to fix it:
1. Make sure you're authenticating with Jump using the right account: Right click your computer's icon in Jump -> Edit -> Autologon. Remove the password there and try to reconnect. Jump will prompt you for "Windows Credentials. Here make sure you enter the same username and password for the local Windows user that you're going to log in to.
2. Same as above, but if you use the an Administrator's user name and password in the "Windows Credentails" dialog, you can connect to any session without the screen locking.

Thanks for that. So when you connect, and Jump prompts you for 'Windows Credentials', make sure you enter the domain and user name of the user you want to log into the Windows computer as. So for example lets say the user name is 'domain\jump'. Once you do this, it will connect you to the machine. Now, if it shows you the sign in screen on Windows, you have to make sure you sign into the Windows login screen as 'domain\jump' as well - once you do this, it should let you proceed to the desktop.

Wait, I'm a little confused. Are you saying that it is a beta feature to use multiple local monitors in the RDP protocol for Jump Desktop PC? I could swear I'd been doing this via Jump for years, but now after switching to a single large screen for a year, I can't find the option to go back. I need the beta client to do this now?
