iOS App keyboard bug
My organization has implemented Jump Desktop across multiple users on iPad Pros connecting to Windows Server 2019 thru the Jump Desktop iOS app, but all users are reporting the same keyboard issue. Users are connecting thru an external dock that then connects to an external monitor - some users are using bluetooth keyboards connected directly by iOS to the iPad, and some users are using a keyboard connected directly to a docking station via USB. When connected to a remote session, the keyboard randomly stops working. Users then have to disconnect from the remote session, close out the Jump Desktop app, physically disconnect the USBC cable, then reconnect everything and log back in in order to get the keyboard working again.
This bug is present while either using a wired keyboard or bluetooth keyboard connected directly to the iPad Pro. This bug is also present if the docking station is bypassed.
