Fluid desktop lagging when connecting

Hi, since last week everyone I connect remotely to my Mac via my iPhone or secondary Mac offsite it response is slow and graphics are lagging. I have rebooted both routers and tried logging in via the same network with the same issue. Never had this problem before.
