VNC connect problem

Hello there,

When I try to connect to Vnc with Jump Desktop, I get Error Code: 4.8 (0x8). I am trying to use the VNC protocol because the server I am using is not compatible with Fluid. I can make a Fluid connection, but the server I am using does not allow me to adjust the screen resolution. So I need your help about VNC connection.
