Any way to keep workstation monitor from turning on?

On Win10 Pro, workstation is at the office and remoting into work on it from home from my Mac. All is great but I want to leave the monitor in the office black/power save mode. Yes I can physically turn off the monitor but it is a potential security risk that if I leave it on, or someone came by my work desk and turned on my monitor they could see my work session. 

Is there a setting for this?
