Kinda of an error message
Jump Desktop for Windows is working great.
My question is that when I start the Jump Desktop app, I get a "connecting to remote desktop" error message. Once I dismiss the message, I immediately login and everything is working perfectly. I am sure the error is mine, just can't see what I've done wrong.
Suggestions please.

Was another user connected to the host (remote) Windows machine when you tried to connect?
Also, please make sure that the username and password you're entering in Fluid match the login credentials used on the Windows login screen.
Lastly, on the local Windows computer that you're connecting from, please open the Jump Desktop app, edit the connection settings for the remote machine, and remove any saved login details in the Autologin field.
