Force Quit keyboard shortcut doesn't work

I'm connecting from a Mac to another Mac using Jump Desktop. When i try to use the CMD+OPT+ESC keyboard shortbut to bring up the Force Quit window on the remote computer, there is no response. 
The settings to Turn Off Apple Menu Shortcuts is enabled and Send MacOS Shortbuts is enabled as well.

  Can you please try this:
  While connected to the remote Mac, click on "Remote" in the menu bar and make sure that "Send macOS Shortcuts" is checked.

  It is checked and the problem is still happening.
