Can't get jumpdesktop to run properly on Mac Mini running Tahoe 26.1
I installed jumpdesktop on my ipad and jumpdesktop on my Mac Mini 4 Pro running Tahoe 26.1 I was able to get a connection, and could see the mac screen on the ipad but found not control the mini from the ipad. I couldn't connect at all whilst running Proton VPN on either or both machines. The Jumpdesk top icon in the menu bar would show as red while I was connected, so I suspect that means something. I'm about ready to just reinstall my OS and start over. Any advice/comments.

Here’s how to get them:
First, try to reproduce the issue. Once it happens, go back to the main Jump Desktop screen on your iPad, tap the gear icon in the top-left corner, then tap Contact Support. That will automatically attach your logs and send them to us.
