    We’d love to help you sort this out — no need to reinstall your OS just yet. To take a closer look at what’s happening, could you please send us the Jump Desktop logs from your iPad?

    Here’s how to get them:

    First, try to reproduce the issue. Once it happens, go back to the main Jump Desktop screen on your iPad, tap the gear icon in the top-left corner, then tap Contact Support. That will automatically attach your logs and send them to us.
