    Hi,

    We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused.
    We’ve confirmed that this is a bug on our side, and you’re right to be upset that it’s been happening for so long. Our team has an active bug report open for this issue, and it’s currently being worked on to prevent the Windows client from crashing after disconnecting from an RDP host.

    We appreciate your patience, and we apologize for the ongoing inconvenience. We’ll share updates as soon as we have progress to report.
