HDR support in Jump client
I am reposting this as it's been a year now since I brought it up --
Jump desktop clients that connect to a host with HDR enabled (as most new machines do) are met with an overly-bright and often unreadable display. This is because the client is not handling the color range / contrast of the remote HDR display.
There are two workaround: either turn off HDR (not really a solution, just avoiding the issue) -- or, use RDP as the Microsoft remote desktop client handles HDR.
What we REALLY need though is for Jump Desktop to update the Fluid protocol to handle HDR connections!

Hi,
At the moment, Jump Desktop does not support connecting to Windows machines with HDR enabled. When HDR is turned on, the display can appear overly bright or washed out, as you described.HDR support for Fluid connections is actively on our development team’s worklist, and they are working toward adding proper HDR handling in a future update. While we don’t have a timeline to share yet, this is a known limitation and not being ignored.
For now, the only workarounds are to disable HDR on the host machine or use RDP, which currently handles HDR correctly.
We understand this has been raised before and appreciate your patience while we work toward a proper solution.
Thanks
