  Hi,
  
  Please switch to our Fluid Remote Desktop by following these steps on your Widows machine:
  Open up Jump Desktop Connect -> Settings icon -> Advanced and make sure 'Fluid Remote Desktop' is checked.
  Once done, a new connection will be created which says Fluid Remote Desktop under the connection name, please use that to connect.
