Possible to assign SHIFT key to a physical mouse?

Is it possible Is it possible to apply a key such as SHIFT for a physical mouse while accessing window 10 from iPadOS 14.6?

I have a Logitech mouse (m720r), and it has additional buttons so that you can assign your favorite keys such as SHIFT, CTRL, etc.

I would like to make these additional buttons effective while accessing Window 10 from iPad.

My environment is the following:

Host machine: iPadOS 14.6

Mouse: Logitech m720r

Remote machine: windows 10

Jump Desktop: 9.5.11
