jump freezing remote imac

Hi,

When I remote from my imac to the remote imac, I'll typically be able to work for a bit in Premiere Pro and then it'll freeze up. I'll either wait 5-20 minutes until it works itself out or, if it seems really locked up, I'll disconnect. When I try to reconnect it'll stay on the black "Connecting" screen. And then the remote computer will have to be restarted for me to be able to connect again.

I'm on the most updated jump version 8.7.15 and using Premiere Pro 2021

Wondering if anyone has had issues with Premiere and Jump and if they have anyway they fixed it? Thanks :)

  I'm having this issue as well, but with Avid. Seems to happen when playing back in full screen. And I can't use shortcuts to force quit or restart the remote machine. Both my local and remote computers are macs. Any solutions?
