Connecting 2 iPads to 1 computer and have them work like my setup (laptop + external monitor)

Is there a way to connect 2 iPads to 1 computer? Have both iPads (or at least 1 iPad) work with 1 mouse and the other iPad be something like a sidecar to the Remote Desktop
