Jump disconnecting on windows

Randomly, jump sign off on windows and I can't connect to this computer from my other devices.

Not only it signs off randomly, when I go to the machine and click "sign in" it sometimes take several minutes to pop up the option to sign in on browser. Maybe up to 10 minutes waiting. 

Please let me know the solution for me. Usually from ipad to mac OS devices it's working fine. But windows is continuously disconnecting.
