Jump Desktop and Keyboard Maestro Interference

Hello,

I am remote controlling another Mac using Jump Desktop. I am trying to use some macros from Keyboard Maestro but they are not functioning through the remote connection. Various tests have led me to conclude that Jump Desktop is causing an interference in between. What can I do?
