Problem ongoing since December prevented connection all weekend

I have an iPhone X that sometimes will connect to my PCs and sometimes will not. When it will not connect, it still correctly shows the online status of the PCs, so it definitely can communicate with the Jump server and with my PCs. When it does connect, sometimes it is only for 1 session and subsequent sessions will fail to connect. Please help!
