Can't finish installation

I am new to JumpDesktop and tried to log in from my desktop.  It asks for my Windows Credentials and I enter the username and password that I use when logging into my PC.  JDT will not let me log in with that.  I have tried the password for JDT, my Microsoft PW and do not know what is required.  Can anyone help?
