Credit Card Warning On GBH Team Account
Hi,
I'm an admin for the GBH Jump Desktop Team. On Friday, I noticed a credit card warning on our account. It seems to line up with our annual billing renewal and I have our business manager looking into it on his end. From what he could tell, his credit card should be going through still but we might just be close to the limit so we're looking into if that's the cause.
The warning indicated that there's a chance we could lose access to our computers at some point, but doesn't indicate a timeframe. Our editors rely on Jump Desktop everyday for time-sensitive needs, so wanted to check in to see if there's any immediate risk of access being cut off while I try to figure out things internally or if there's a certain grace period. Thanks!

Hello. Can you please reach out to support@jumpdesktop.com and open up a ticket. Please include your Team's name. Support will get in touch with our payment processor to see why the payment didn't go through. There is a 2 week grace period with failed payments so you should fine.
