Jump Desktop Mac not saving settings?
I have the Mac version of Jump desktop that was downloaded from this website (not the App Store). I have a paid license.
It stays logged in, but the settings that I set for the remote computer never save and just revert back to being blank every time I close the program. Mainly, the password for the remote computer never saves, as well as my preference for the resolution and privacy mode. This is even when I click "yes" for the "do you want to save this password?" prompt. Or when I click the ... button, edit the settings, and then click save.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried deleting and re-installing, and that didn't work. Maybe I have to delete the library files as well? If so, being told which ones to delete would be helpful.
