Windows Jump Desktop Connect Error

Jump Desktop Connect is not running properly on Windows. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Additionally, I keep getting server errors when trying to log in with my Google account.

I am paying to use a Windows PC remotely from a Mac, so is it really acceptable that errors like this are occurring?

error message: Oops. There was a problem communicating with our server. Check your connection and try again

I inquired about this issue and just received a reply, friends.

I received the following response. It is true that there is a problem, and when I checked the link, all services are currently suspended. It looks like they are working on resolving it.
