iMac screen flickering

Hello,

I use Jump on my iPad/iPhone to access my iMac remotely and the app works wonderfully. However, the on iMac that is being controlled, the screen will black out and flicker on every 2-3 seconds.

I tried deleting the apps and re-installing them, though I am still getting the same issue. 

iMac is 2019 4K, 21.5 inch, OS Sonoma 14.1.1
