GPU Glitch- caused major hardware problem

While remoting into a Mac from a Windows 10 computer, I have experienced what I believe is a GPU glitch now, twice. The screen begins to cascade as if the window is closing and reopening rapidly. When I reboot the mouse is stuck and one of the monitors is in the incorrect aspect ratio. The only way to recover my system was a full System Restore which means I have to reinstall all of my apps. What is causing this?

  If I cannot get this fixed this software is of no use to me. I paid a good price for this and I need a solution.

  Hi Brad. I don't think this is related to Jump. Has this happened before with your machine at any point in time or is it just with Jump? Which model Windows computer are you using?

  Windows 10. This has only happened with Jump, and I use several GPU intensive apps.

  I am beginning to suspect Jump Hardware Acceleration is the culprit.
