ctrl+shift+right and ctrl+shift+left stopped working after update

i made the mistake of updating today and these shortcuts stopped working!
i use these shortcuts so much, is there any fix? i can't even a preferences menu to check settings

  저도 같은 증상을 겪고 있습니다. ctrl+shift+key가 작동하지 않아요. 업무가 불가능할 정도입니다. 이상한 점은 매직키보드의 한/A 버튼을 눌러 영어가 아닌 언어로 변경하면 ctrl+shift+key가 작동을 합니다. 대신에 다른 키들이 전부 먹통이 됩니다. 조속한 수정을 부탁드립니다.
